Have you noticed the age duration of being a Teenager is expanding on both sides?
I have noticed the kids in this generation are getting into their Teenage time in their early age like in their 10 years or so b/c they become exposed to information that kids decades ago have no idea about.
But similarly, you can also find teenagers with age 22 or more probably b/c of how we are parenting them as a community, as a parent …….
If you are a parent and educator, a youth pastor or someone who has a passion to invest in the young generation What does this mean for you?
The Pedagogies we used before or the parenting methods that we grew up with or the curriculums we have to invest and sharpen the next generation do you think they are still relevant?
We need to wake up! We need to be curious to learn and become relevant so that we can help the teenagers, kids, and youth of today as they are seeking for someone to understand them and guide them to release their full potential.

በዚህ ትውልድ ውስጥ ያሉ ልጆች ገና በለጋ ዕድሜያቸው በ 10 ዓመታቸው ወይም ከዚያ ባነሰ ጊዜ ከአስርተ ዓመታት በፊት ልጆች ምንም የማያውቁት መረጃ ሲጋለጡ አስተውያለሁ ፡፡እንደዚሁም ዕድሜያቸው 22 እና ከዚያ በላይ የሆኑ ልጆች ደግሞ የብስለት ደረጃቸው በአሥራዎቹ ዕድሜ ውስጥ የሚገኙ ልጆች ጋር ተቀራራቢ ሆኖ እንመለከታለን አስተዳደጋቸው አስተዋፆ እንዳለውም አስባለው።
ወላጅ ፣አስተማሪ ፣ የወጣት ፓስተር ወይም በወጣት ትውልድ ውስጥ የመስራት ፍላጎት ያለው ሰው ከሆኑ ይህ ለእርስዎ ምን ማለት ነው?
ከዚህ በፊት የምንጠቀምባቸው የማስተማሪያ መንገዶች ወይም ያደግንባቸው የወላጅነት ዘዴዎች ወይም ሥርዓተ-ትምህርቶች አሁንም ተገቢ ናቸው ብለው ያስባሉ? ማድረግ እና ማሻሻል ያለብን ነግሮች እንዳሉ አስባለው።
መንቃት አለብን! በዛሬው ጊዜ የሚገኙትን ልጆች እና ወጣቶች የሚረዳቸውን እና ሙሉ አቅማቸውን እንዲያወጡ የሚይግዛችውን ሰው በመፈለግ ላይ መሆናቸው ጥርጥር የለውም።
